Higher education as a factor for development in Africa

Abstract

The article deals with an issue of higher education and its potential influence on the development of Sub-Saharan Africa. It compares the influence exercised by other levels of education, primary and secondary education in particular. Different aspects of development are taken into consideration. Practical recommendations are given in the end of the article.
