The T’ang criminal law about prosecution of noncontact attempts on the person. Part 2
Abstract
The article analyzes legal norms of the famous T’ang dynasty criminal Code “T’ang lu shu yi”, dedicated to attempts on the person carried out by specifi c methods. Th is specifi c character was connected with the achievements in unmechanical techniques that were developed in the fi eld of chemistry, medicine, biochemistry and magic.
