Sociopsychological origins of private entrepreneurship in Turkey as exemplified by Vehbi Koç
Abstract
A brief biography of Vehbi Koç, one of the first Turkish businessmen is given. Using examples of his entrepreneurial activities, the author analyzes the characteristics of Turkish entrepreneurs in the first half of the 20th century.
